Wavedd Refund & Returns Policy

Wavedd is a multi-creator marketplace where independent artists, producers and designers can sell digital products (music, stems, loops, samples, vocals) and physical merchandise fulfilled through print-on-demand services such as Printful.

Because Wavedd is not the direct seller or fulfiller of these products, all refunds, returns, replacements and order issues are handled directly by the individual creator.

Wavedd provides the platform but does not manufacture, ship, or process refunds for creator products.


1. Digital Products (Music, Stems, Loops, Samples, Vocals)

Digital downloads sold on Wavedd are non-refundable once downloaded.

This includes:

  • Tracks & releases
  • Sample packs
  • Stems
  • Loops
  • Vocals
  • Project files

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted
  • You received the wrong file
  • The product does not match the listing description
  • A technical error occurred during checkout

2. Print-on-Demand Merchandise (Creator-Managed via Printful)

Many physical products on Wavedd are produced and shipped using Printful, but each creator manages their own Printful account, fulfilment settings and returns process.

This means all merch returns, refunds and replacements must be handled directly with the creator, not Wavedd.

Typical Printful Guidelines (for customer clarity)

Not usually eligible for refunds:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Minor colour or print variation
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

Usually eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Misprints
  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item sent
  • Items lost in transit

Customers must contact the creator within 30 days of receiving a merch product and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

The creator will then submit a claim to Printful on your behalf.


3. Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for:

  • Managing their Printful fulfilment
  • Handling all merch returns, refunds and replacements
  • Submitting Printful claims
  • Providing accurate product details and sizing
  • Responding to customer messages promptly
  • Ensuring designs follow copyright guidelines

Wavedd is responsible for:

  • Operating the marketplace
  • Providing communication tools for creators and customers
  • Intervening if a creator becomes unresponsive
  • Enforcing creator standards

Wavedd does not:

  • Issue refunds for merch orders
  • Replace or remake Printful items
  • Handle Printful claims
  • Ship or store any merchandise

4. Shipping Issues for Printful Orders

As creators rely on Printful’s global fulfilment network:

  • Delivery times vary
  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages
  • Customs charges may apply
  • Shipping delays are outside Wavedd’s control

If a parcel is marked lost, customers must contact the creator, who will open a Printful claim.


5. Cancellations (Merch Orders)

Print-on-demand items often enter production within hours. Creators may not be able to cancel or amend an order once printing has begun.

All cancellation requests must go directly to the creator.


6. Orders Containing Both Digital & Physical Products

If your order includes both digital and merch items:

  • Digital items → supported by Wavedd
  • Merch items → handled by the creator

7. Contacting Creators

You can contact a creator directly through their store page or via the message box on the product page.

If a creator does not respond within 3–5 working days, please contact Wavedd support:
