1. Welcome to Wavedd

Wavedd is built for independent creators to sell music, merch, loops, stems, vocals and more — without middlemen. Set your own prices, keep what you earn, and run your shop on your terms.

2. Getting started as a Creator

1. Sign up on the Creator registration page.
2. Verify your email.
3. Log in to your Creator Dashboard to manage products, orders and payouts.

3. Setting up your Creator store

1. Dashboard → Settings → Store
2. Add Store Name, Profile Image and Banner.
3. Write a short bio and add social links.
4. Choose your store URL and location (optional).

You can edit these anytime.

4. Creating merch

Sell physical products (T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters and more) using our print-on-demand workflow.

1. Dashboard → Products → Add New
2. Select Merch as the product type.
3. Upload your design (300 DPI recommended).
4. Choose base product, colours and sizes.
5. Set your price and profit margin.
6. Publish.

Orders are automatically produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner after purchase.

5. Printful integration

Connect your store to Printful for global production and delivery.

1. Dashboard → Settings → Integrations
2. Click Connect Printful.
3. Sign in or create a Printful account.
4. Approve the connection.

Once connected, products and orders sync automatically between Wavedd and Printful.

6. Uploading audio products

Audio products include tracks, loops, stems, vocals and instrumentals.

1. Dashboard → Products → Add New
2. Choose Audio as the product type.
3. Upload your audio file (WAV or MP3).
4. Add a preview file (used for the on-page waveform).
5. Fill in metadata (genre, BPM, key, tags).
6. Set price — or mark as free.
7. Pick a category (Loops, Stems, Freebies, etc.).

Waveforms appear automatically on product pages when a preview is set.

7. Managing products

• Edit or remove items in Dashboard → Products.
• Use categories to keep your store organised.
• Filter by Published / Pending / Draft.
• Duplicate listings to speed up new uploads.

8. Product page details

• Title and artwork
• Waveform preview (for audio)
• Description, tags and metadata
• Price and purchase/download actions

Clear descriptions and strong visuals improve conversion.

9. Orders, sales & earnings

• See all orders in Dashboard → Orders.
• Digital items are delivered automatically.
• Merch orders are produced and shipped via Printful.
• Commission and earnings breakdowns are in Dashboard → Reports.

10. Coupons & discounts

1. Dashboard → Coupons → Add New
2. Enter a code (e.g. WAVEDD10).
3. Choose discount type (percentage or fixed).
4. Set usage limits or expiry.
5. Save.

Coupons work for both digital and merch products.

11. Withdrawals & payouts

1. Dashboard → Withdraw
2. Add your PayPal or bank details.
3. Request a withdrawal once you reach the minimum balance.

Typical processing time: 3–5 business days.

12. Reports & analytics

• Daily, weekly and monthly sales graphs
• Top-selling products
• Earnings by category
• Order status tracking

13. Shipping setup for merch

Shipping for merch is handled automatically by Printful. You can still offer:

• Flat-rate or free shipping
• Shipping zones by region/country
• Estimated delivery guidance on product pages

Digital products don’t require shipping settings.

14. Taxes & compliance

Wavedd automatically handles applicable VAT/sales tax on digital sales. For merch, ensure your Printful account is configured for regional tax collection where required.

View tax summaries under Dashboard → Reports → Taxes.

15. Managing your account

• Update password, email and payout details in Account Settings.
• Enable two-factor authentication for extra security.
• Manage notification preferences.
