1. What is Wavedd?

The independent music creator marketplace

Wavedd is a multi-vendor marketplace built exclusively for independent music creators. You can sell tracks, sample packs, loops, stems, vocals, mixes, merch and event tickets — all from your own storefront, without the middlemen.

Every sale contributes back to the scene. A portion of platform revenue goes into local City Fund pots that the community can vote on and direct toward music projects in their city.

5. Uploading audio products

Tracks, loops, stems, vocals, sample packs, instrumentals & mixes

Audio products cover everything from single tracks to full sample packs. Buyers get a waveform preview on the product page and download the file after purchase.

  1. Dashboard → Products → Add New.
  2. Choose Audio as the product type.
  3. Upload your audio file (WAV or MP3) — this is what buyers receive after purchase.
  4. Fill in the audio metadata: Genre, BPM, Key, Tags, Format.
  5. Set your price, or mark as Free to offer it as a freebie.
  6. Choose a category: Tracks, Loops, Stems, Sample Packs, Vocals, Mixes, Freebies.
  7. Add artwork, title and description, then hit Publish.
🎧 Waveform player: A waveform preview is generated automatically from your uploaded file so buyers can listen before they buy.

Files are stored securely — buyers receive a time-limited download link after purchase. Your audio is never publicly accessible directly.

6. Creating print-on-demand merch

No stock, no risk — products printed and shipped on demand

Wavedd uses Printful for print-on-demand fulfilment. You never hold stock — products are printed and shipped directly to your buyers when an order is placed.

  1. Make sure Printful is connected first (see section 8).
  2. Dashboard → Products → Add New.
  3. Select Merch as the product type.
  4. Upload your design — 300 DPI PNG recommended for best print quality.
  5. Choose your base product (T-shirt, hoodie, mug, poster, tote bag, etc.).
  6. Select colours and sizes to offer.
  7. Set your retail price — you'll see the base fulfilment cost and your margin before publishing.
  8. Mockup images are generated automatically by Printful.
  9. Publish.
📦 When an order is placed, it's automatically sent to Printful for production and shipping. You don't need to do anything manually.

7. Selling your own physical products

List and sell merch you produce, stock and ship yourself

As well as print-on-demand, Wavedd supports creators who want to sell their own physical products — limited edition vinyl, handmade items, self-printed tees, zines, art prints, or anything else you produce yourself.

  1. Dashboard → Products → Add New.
  2. Select Physical Product as the product type.
  3. Add your product title, description and photos.
  4. Set your price and available stock quantity.
  5. Add any variations if needed (e.g. size, colour).
  6. Configure shipping — set your rates and the regions you're willing to ship to.
  7. Publish.
📦 You handle fulfilment yourself. When an order comes in you'll be notified to pack and ship the item directly to the buyer. Make sure your shipping rates and processing times are clearly set to manage buyer expectations.
  • Keep your stock quantity up to date — when it hits zero the product shows as out of stock automatically.
  • Update the order status to Shipped once dispatched so the buyer knows it's on the way.
  • You can add a tracking number to the order for the buyer's reference.

10. City Fund

Community-driven funding for local music scenes

A portion of every transaction on Wavedd contributes to a City Fund pot for the seller's city. These funds are directed by the community toward local music initiatives — studio time, venue support, artist development and more.

  • Your store location (set in Store Settings) determines which city pot you contribute to.
  • Community members can vote on proposals for how funds are spent.
  • Fund progress and upcoming votes are visible on the City Fund section of the platform.
🌱 This is what makes Wavedd different — every purchase isn't just a transaction, it's an investment in the local scene.

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations and reconnect your Printful account.

A buyer says they didn't receive their download

I'm not receiving sale notifications
Check Account Settings → Notifications and make sure sale emails are enabled. Also check your spam folder and add noreply@wavedd.com to your contacts.
How do I get my store featured or promoted?
Wavedd features creators across the homepage, social channels and newsletter. Make sure your store has a complete profile, strong artwork and a few published products. Tagging @wavedd when sharing your music also helps get you on our radar.
